Optician

We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eye care and providing exceptional service to our patients.

*Duties*

- Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their prescription and style preferences

- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses

- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed

- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage

- Work closely with optometrists to ensure accurate prescriptions

- Maintain inventory of eyewear and accessories

- Bill vision insurance and order frames and lenses

- In house edging of lenses

*Experience*

- Required Skills: Aseptic technique, Clinic experience, Optical laboratory knowledge, Sales experience

- Nice-to-Have Skills: Pediatrics exposure, Retail sales background, familiarity with vision insurance.
