We are currently expanding in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and currently performing an executive search for “Sales Consultants” for our established Datamax office in Texas. Your development program starts on day one with a customized 100-day onboarding program. You will advance through manufacturer-based training. Canon Sales Boot camp, SPIN selling, Solutions selling, Major account sales and Negotiating with Backbone to name a few.

 

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).

Attributes:

  • Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for growth and development.
  • Willingness to handle rejection and remain resilient.

Duties will include:

  • New Business development
  • Developing long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Gaining an understanding of the client's current business environment
  • Uncovering needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop Office Solutions that inspire partnerships.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Interactive customer presentations
  • Finalizing details of solutions
  • Post-Sales support with on-going account management
  • Expanding Sales opportunities within current accounts
