Grazeologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Grazeologist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for designing visually appealing and delicious grazing boards that cater to various occasions, from intimate gatherings to large events. As a Grazeologist, you will be responsible for curating unique food experiences that delight our clients and elevate their events.

Duties

• Design and assemble aesthetically pleasing grazing boards using a variety of cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, and accompaniments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring each board meets their specific needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Stay updated on food trends and presentation techniques to continually enhance offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients at the store and during events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in culinary arts, catering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong creativity and an eye for detail in food presentation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on client needs.
• Valid Driver's License
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred
