Sr. Sales Associate

Rumble Boxing is a high-end, boutique fitness studio located on Main St/Legacy in Frisco.  We offer full-body HIIT workouts in a lively environment, and utilize boxing as a fun and inspiring way to enhance cardio conditioning.  We are hiring an energetic Sales Associate that is passionate about fitness to help grow our fitness community. This role is all about driving membership sales, building lasting relationships, and delivering an amazing first impression of Rumble. What You’ll Do

• Lead with sales: call, text, email, and meet prospects to convert them into members
• Deliver dynamic studio tours that highlight the Rumble experience and membership options
• Consistently close new memberships and exceed sales goals
• Accurately track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM system
• Build strong connections with members, helping them feel supported on their fitness journey
• Assist with studio events and marketing efforts to drive new leads and community engagement
• Represent Rumble as a brand ambassador, bringing passion and energy every day

What We’re Looking For

• Proven communicator with a passion for people and fitness
• Sales experience in fitness, membership sales, hospitality, or retail strongly preferred
• Goal-driven with a competitive spirit—you love winning and pushing past targets
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with an outgoing personality and strong customer service instincts
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer skills

Compensation

• $20-$25 per hour base pay (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission on membership sales
• Real earning potential: high performers regularly exceed base pay through aggressive commission opportunities

Expected hours: 10–15 per week, some weekday evenings and weekend mornings
