We are seeking a mature, detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. No weekend work (Only Monday to Thursday).
Key Responsibilities

Assist with client communications and scheduling.

Maintain organized client files and case management systems.
•
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
•
Handle general office duties including filing, copying, call-backs, and correspondence
•
Assist with notarization scheduling and coordination
•
Perform notarization services for clients
•
Maintain notary journal and ensure compliance with Texas notary requirements
Essential Qualifications:
•
Previous office/administrative experience required
•
Notary Public Commission (TX required)
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (advanced skills preferred)
•
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
