Office Coordinator (Part-Time)

About Us:  We are located in Frisco, Texas! We are looking for you! Come join a local, family business who delivers excellent service to our customers. We sell coffee & tea to amazing restaurants, cafes, and hotels in the Dallas area and beyond.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related office experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Microsoft

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office and secretarial services to include basic filing and reception telephone duties
  • Participate in work team meetings
  • Communicating with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and customers
  • Data entry into computer systems
  • Emailing information to vendors and customers
  • Placing office orders with suppliers
  • Keeping the office organized
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound packages 

Work Location:  In person/office, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Start Date:  Typically within 2-3 weeks of the first interview.
