Overview: Lead food truck operations starting at the commissary, then traveling to events like breweries, neighborhoods, weddings, and festivals.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Manage food/equipment inventory; ensure proper cleaning, organization, and storage
- Set up and tear down the truck for events
- Uphold quality, service, and brand standards
- Maintain food standards (recipes, oven temp, cook times, product consistency)
- Monitor food safety (holding temps, FIFO rotation, sanitation, regulatory compliance)
- Support employee training and unit maintenance with District Manager/Owner
- Lead and motivate staff during shifts
- Use checklists and task plans to execute events smoothly
- Maintain positive vendor, venue, and customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record; comfortable with trucks/trailers
- Food service or pizza-making experience preferred (food truck experience a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- POS systems and cash handling ability
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, calm under pressure
- Physical requirements: lift 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, stand for long periods
- Availability for evenings/weekends
