Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Intern to assist with campaigns, mailings, Instagram posts, research, content creation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation for Instagram, Klaviyo email blasts, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Marking events for community engagement activities and product launches
- Contribute to overall success by maximizing sales opportunities and revenue generation
- Stay knowledgeable on products offered, current promotions and pricing
- Willingness to learn basic barista skills
- Attend chamber of commerce events, community events, etc. with our team
- Active participation in the creation, support, development of strategic marketing
- Communicate effectively
Skills Required for the Position:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Management skills and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Canva, Instagram, etc.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and problem solving approach
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective team interaction
- Friendly and energetic personality with strong customer service focus
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Benefits: Competitive wages (hourly pay: $14 - $19, varies by experience)
Work Location: In person/office, Part-time (15 - 25 hours/week) or Full-time (36 hours/week)
Start Date: Within 2-3 weeks of the first interview.
