Chief Technology Officer

Springline Advisory is a trailblazing financial and business advisory firm that accelerates next phase growth for privately held mid-market accounting and advisory firms across the U.S. 

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Chief Technology Officer to strategically drive the firm's technological evolution. You will oversee the integration and enhancement of technology systems across all acquired firms, ensuring a cohesive and scalable platform. Your role will involve implementing and optimizing CRM systems and other cross-selling technologies, collaborating closely with the CEO and CPO to address technology and capacity challenges, and enforcing robust security and compliance protocols. Leading a talented team of IT and tech professionals, you will shape the firm's technology strategy to empower our CPAs and support our ambitious growth objectives. 

This position is offered to employees working in-person at one of our multiple physical office locations or telecommuting employees working from home. 

Qualified candidates must have: 

• A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing technology integration, CRM systems, and security/compliance protocols. Experience in the accounting and advisory services industry or other highly regulated financial services sector is required.  

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) preferred. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in implementing scalable technology solutions and managing complex projects. 

• Innovative, adaptable, and proactive with a deep understanding of technology trends, security, and compliance. Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
