POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with Sales, Customer Service, and maintaining cleanliness of the studio while contributing/elevating the culture of the studio. Sales Associates are expected to generate new membership sales by bringing new prospective members to the studio and booking them into classes (and become their new best friend!). This is accomplished through following processes/expectations set in place by the General Manager (via digital marketing campaigns, grassroot marketing, referrals, etc.). The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members and lead the use of Social Media platforms. Passion for fitness and knowledge of the Rumble brand is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Daily activity/engagement on studio's social media channels and assist GM in further strategy
  • Maintain entire studio cleanliness standards are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and enrollment
  • Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual’s needs, and wants
  • Maintain acceptable levels of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of studio and follow all established processes/policies
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Other duties as assigned
